Preparation:

- Dissolve gelatin in water and leave to swell for 5-10 minutes. Then heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the resulting cheese mass on the biscuit base. Put in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours (preferably overnight).

Ingredients:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 100 ml of cream (30-35% fat)
- 50 g of butter
- 2 Art. l. cocoa powder
- Crushed nuts, coconut flakes or cocoa for rolling
Preparation:
- Heat the cream and butter over low heat without bringing to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved and a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Allow the mass to cool to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to thicken.
- Form small balls from the cooled chocolate mass. Roll them in cocoa, coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
- Serve the truffles chilled.
3. Banana-yogurt dessert with cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300 g of Greek yogurt
- 150 g of cookies (Maria type)
- 2 Art. l. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- Pieces of chocolate or nuts for decoration
Preparation:
- Crush the cookies into crumbs.
- Beat yogurt with honey and cinnamon until smooth.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into circles.
- In transparent glasses or dessert cups, lay out in layers: cookie crumbs, yogurt and bananas. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
- Decorate the dessert with pieces of chocolate or nuts on top.
- Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so that the dessert seeps a little.
