When the cold season forces us to seek comfort, there’s nothing better than a warm bowl of hot soup. Soups not only help to keep warm, but also saturate the body with useful ingredients, lift the mood and provide comfort.

Here are some simple soup recipes that will become indispensable in your kitchen this winter.

1. Classic pumpkin soup

Pumpkin soup is a classic autumn dish that not only warms, but also fills the body with vitamins. Pumpkin has a slight sweetness that goes well with spicy spices, creating a harmony of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pumpkin (peeled and cut into cubes)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 500 ml of vegetable broth
  • 200 ml of cream
