Hot potato dishes for the whole family – simple and hearty recipes

Preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin circles.
  2. Fry the onion until golden, add minced meat, season with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, put minced meat with onions on top. Repeat the layers until you have used all the ingredients.
  4. Pour in cream or milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
  2. Squeeze out excess juice, add egg, flour, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, spread the potato mass with a spoon, forming mounds.
  4. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve with sour cream and fresh greens sauce.

3. Mashed potato soup with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • 500 ml of broth (vegetable or chicken)
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Cream or sour cream (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Grate the carrot, cut the onion into cubes.
  2. Fry onions and carrots in a saucepan, add potatoes and pour broth. Cook until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms and fry them until golden.
  4. Grind the potatoes and carrots in the soup using a blender to a puree consistency.
  5. Add fried mushrooms, cream or sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat for a few more minutes.

  • 1 kg of young potatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash young potatoes thoroughly (you can not peel the skin), cut them into halves or quarters.
  2. Mix potatoes with olive oil, finely chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 200 g of cheese (pear or parmesan)
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation:

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin circles and put them in an oiled form.
  2. Pour over the cream, add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg for flavor.
