Peppermint marble cookies

  • 15 g of fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, sift the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, add salt and mix the dry ingredients with a whisk.
  • Add soft butter and rub it into the dry ingredients with a fork.
  • Add spinach, mint and egg to the blender bowl. Beat until smooth.
  • Add the liquid ingredients to the flour-butter mixture. knead the dough. The dough should be sticky and sticky.
  • Cover the dough with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • We heat the oven to 200 ℃.
  • We take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into equal portions with the help of a teaspoon (about 20-24 pieces should be obtained)
