  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g of boiled or baked chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut it into thin slices.
  3. Cut the cucumber and tomato into rings.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt on a piece of bread, put a lettuce leaf, chicken breast, avocado, cucumber and tomato on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with the second slice of bread.
