Method of preparation:

- Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and bake for about 1.5 hours, basting occasionally with the resulting juices.

2. Lasagna with meat and cheese
Ingredients:
- Sheets for lasagna — 12 pcs.
- Minced meat (pork + beef) – 500 g
- Tomatoes in their own juice – 400 g
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Mozzarella cheese – 200 g
- Parmesan cheese – 100 g
- Bechamel (butter, flour, milk) – 500 ml
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt, pepper, oregano – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
- Add minced meat and fry until done. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the bechamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour and gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Boil the sheets for lasagna until half done.
- Put some bechamel sauce in a baking dish, then a layer of lasagna, meat filling, mozzarella cheese and sauce again. Repeat the layers until you have used all the ingredients. Sprinkle the last layer with grated parmesan.
- Bake the lasagna at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden brown.

- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

- Add finely chopped onion and garlic, fry for a few more minutes.

- Add the bay leaf, reduce the heat and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes until the vegetables and meat are tender.
- Serve the stew hot with bread or porridge of your choice.
